When putting together a smoothie, I try to include fruits, protein, healthy fats and sometimes spinach. Today I threw together kefir for protein, coconut oil for fat, mango and coconut water. I love that the coconut water adds some sweetness with less sugar than juice. It also contains a lot of potassium. Kefir has a slightly sour taste but this smoothie is surprisingly tasty!
